Sever ability - If one or more of the clauses in these Terms of Use are declared invalid or unenforceable on the basis of a court decision, this shall only affect the relevant clause(s) and shall not affect the remaining clauses nor the Terms of Use as a whole.

Applicable law & competent court - All agreements to which these Terms of Use apply are governed by Belgian law. For all disputes that might arise regarding these Terms of Use, the courts competent for the jurisdiction where AContrario’s registered office is located are exclusively competent (unless applicable law imperatively prescribes another court).
